Troubleshooting

The watch has stopped operation.
The display remains blank.

The battery has run down.

Immediately request the retailer from whom the watch was purchased to replace the battery with a new one.

The watch temporarily gains/loses time.

The watch has been left in extremely high or low temperatures for a long time.

Normal accuracy will resume when the watch returns to normal temperatures.

If the problem persists, consult the retailer from whom the watch was purchased.

Dual time, alarm settings, or other settings have been accidentally reset.

A system reset will not only reset the time/calendar, but also set the dual time to 12:00 AM. In addition, all daily alarms, single alarms, stopwatch measurement values, timer setting and measurement values, counter measurement values, etc. are reset.

After a system reset, re-enter settings in each mode, including time adjustment.

The battery end of life warning icon has lit up.

It indicates that the battery is nearing its end.

Immediately request the retailer from whom the watch was purchased to replace the battery with a new one.

Blur in the display persists.

A small amount of water has got inside the watch due to deterioration of the gasket, etc.

Consult the retailer from whom the watch was purchased.

For a solution to a problem other than listed above, contact the retailer from whom the watch was purchased.
