Notice Concerning Succession of Clock Technology Division from Seiko Time Creation Inc.

Seiko Watch Corporation (Head office in Chuo-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter “SWC”) will assume the operations of the clock technology division from Seiko Time Creation Inc. (Head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter “STC”) and will launch a new organizational structure on April 1, 2026.

Through this business transfer, SWC will respond effectively to the diverse needs of the clock business within the Seiko Group and further strengthen its business foundation.
