Please bring your watch to an authorized Seiko Service Center or an authorized Seiko retailer for repairs, including in-warranty repair.
A watch is a very sensitive precision instrument which requires servicing by highly trained and skilled technicians using special tools.

Where are repairs performed?

Repairs are performed at our service centers located worldwide.
However, certain calibers and models can only be serviced at designated service centers.
In such cases, your watch may still be accepted at your local service center and subsequently forwarded to the service center authorized and equipped to perform the required repair.
