A1. See, touch, experience, and shop—Seiko Watch Corporation presents an interactive hub where you can explore the freshest products of the moment on Special Selections, the unique contents of each Seiko watch brand on its dedicated floor, and the pleasure of shopping for the watch for you.

A2. Yes. The exhibits have explanations written in Japanese, English, and Chinese (except for certain items).

A3. No. Entry is free of charge. You do not need to buy a ticket to enter the facility.

A6. Yes. Photos and videos may be taken as long as no flash is used. Please be considerate of other visitors when taking photos and videos.

A7. Yes. We accept Diners Club, JCB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UC, DC, NICOS, and other such credit cards.

A8. Yes.
Please note, however, that the elevators inside the facility are very small, so you would need to fold up the baby stroller before boarding.

A9.No. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but visitors with pets will not be allowed to enter. Please note that you cannot leave your pet with us.
Only guide dogs are allowed entry to the facility.

A10. Yes. We offer Wi-Fi for free. Please ask the staff in the facility for more details.

A11. No. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but coin lockers are not available.

A12. No. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but a parking lot is not available.

A13. No. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but bringing in food and drinks is not allowed.

A14. No. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but smoking is prohibited on all floors of the facility.
