In 1965, Japan’s first
diver’s watch was born.

Sixty years later,
it is still evolving and making history.

To begin the new Prospex era with our
fans, we are holding a contest to choose a
new model of the 1965 Diver model,
going on sell in 2026.​

CONCEPT

Inspired by the ever-shifting colors of the sea
time flows from sunrise to sunset

The Seiko Diver’s watch expresses
four seascape scenes – sunrise,
daytime, late afternoon, and
sunset – as experienced by users.

Sunrise Orange

  • Those who wish to participate in the 1965 Diver New Model Voting Campaign (the “Campaign”), organized by Seiko Watch Corporation (the “Company”), are requested to read and agree to the following terms and conditions before submitting their vote.

Voting:

  • Tuesday, July 1, 12:00 a.m. to Thursday, July 31, 11:59 p.m. (Japan Standard Time)

Eligibility

  • Anyone can participate using their PC, smartphone, tablet, or other device.
  • You can only vote once.​

  • ・Any act that infringes on the rights of the Company or any third party.
  • ・Acts related to this campaign involving harassment, defamation, antisocial content, or expressions that may cause discomfort to others, whether posted or transmitted online or in any other public space.
  • ・Impersonating the Company or a third party or deliberately spreading false information.
  • ・Illegally collecting, disclosing, or providing personal information or other data of others through unauthorized access or other means.
  • ・Engaging in commercial activities for profit (except where explicitly authorized by the Company) or using the campaign for purposes other than its intended objectives.
  • ・Interfering with the Company’s management of the campaign or obstructing other participants from taking part in it.
  • ・Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Handling of Personal Information

  • The Company will use the information entered by participants (product voted for, region of residence, age group, gender, and message of support), as well as cookies, for the purposes of conducting this Campaign and determining the new Prospex model to be released.
  • Voting results and submitted messages of support may be used in promotional activities conducted by the Company, including on its website and in display advertisements.
