After-Sales Service Process

  Initial Inspection

  Upon receiving the watch, we review the customer’s request, previous repair history, and check for any scratches or stains.
  We also test the hands’ movement, the calendar functions, and other operations to identify any malfunctions or irregularities.
  Through these steps, we assess the overall condition of the watch.

  Movement Servicing

  The watch is carefully disassembled to inspect the movement and internal parts that cannot be seen from the outside.
  We identify any issues, such as the watch stopping or running slow, and perform the necessary adjustments or repairs to restore proper function.

  Exterior Finishing(Light Polishing of the Case)

  In this stage, light polishing is performed on the exterior.
  The case is given a mirror finish through buff polishing to bring out its shine, along with fine hairline finishing where appropriate.
  Detailed polishing in delicate areas – essential for refining the surface and restoring its luster – is carefully carried out by skilled artisans using precision hand tools.

  Exterior Finishing(Light Polishing of the Bracelet)

  The bracelet is polished by hand using a specialized flap wheel, a tool designed for fine polishing.
  Precise hairline finishing is applied manually to each link.

  When comparing the watch before and after light polishing, one can clearly see the beautifully restored mirror finish and refined hairline finish.
  Light polishing smooths the surface and restores each watch’s elegant shine.

  The final finish may vary depending on the shape of the case or bracelet and the presence of scratches or dents.
  Some marks or deeper scratches may not be completely removed.
  ※Please note that the crown, buttons, and case back are not subject to light polishing.
  For bracelets, only the front side (excluding the logo area) is polished.

  Accuracy and
  Power Reserve Check

  After light polishing is completed, the watch is reassembled. We then perform precise inspections, including regulating the movement for accurate timekeeping and verifying the power reserve, to ensure the watch functions perfectly.

  Water Resistance Testing

  Comprehensive water resistance tests are conducted, including air pressure testing and submerged water pressure testing. Each step ensures the watch’s functionality without compromise.

  Completion of Service

  After all the processes are completed, the watch undergoes a final visual and functional inspection. Once everything has been thoroughly checked, the Complete Service is finished, and the watch is returned to the customer.
