Seiko Prospex 1965 Heritage diver’s Watch Fan-selected Limited Edition

The year 2025 marked the 60th anniversary
of the Seiko diver’s watch in 1965.
As we celebrated this milestone,
fans around the world
participated in
the “1965 Diver New Model Voting Campaign.”
Now, a year later, the winner has finally been released
as a fan-selected limited edition.​

DESIGN

A Brilliant Blue Dial and Bezel Inspired by the Sunlit Ocean

In the campaign, fans voted for one of four dial options expressing the sea’s changing faces from sunrise to sunset.
Featuring a daytime blue dial inspired by the ocean shining under the midday sun, the model, won the most votes.
The dial varies in appearance with the angle of illumination and delivers excellent legibility when submerged and in low-light environments.​

Note: Only the blue-dial model will be commercially available.

Special Wave-Mark Pattern

Since 1975, the engraved case-back wave mark has symbolized the reliability and advanced technical capabilities of the Seiko diver’s watch.
This model’s dial features a pattern inspired by this mark, following two Seiko diver’s watch 60th anniversary limited editions, which were the first to adopt this special design on their dials.​

Clasp Ensuring Comfortable
Bracelet Sizing

A special clasp simplifies bracelet adjustment.
By pressing the side buttons simultaneously, the bracelet length can be adjusted while on the user’s wrist.
Adjustments of up to 15 mm can be made in six 2.5-mm increments to accommodate pressure changes during diving as well as changes in wrist size throughout the day, ensuring a consistently comfortable fit.
