What is "Astron"?
“ASTRON” is the world’s first analog GPS solar watch, which accurately displays the time at the present location anywhere in the world. It recognizes all the currently recognized 39 time zones on earth by receiving GPS signals from the global network of GPS satellites.
What does "Kinetic" mean?
“Kinetic” refers to our latest and most technically advanced watches, which contain their own internal electrical generators--operated by natural wrist movements--making them independent of conventional storage batteries.
What do the different levels of water resistance mean?

What is the "Lumi Brite" used in Seiko watches?
Lumi Brite is a new luminous material, brighter and longer lasting than conventional luminous paints, and completely free of radioactive materials, making it safe for both people and the environment.
