Where can I obtain instruction booklet for my watch?
The retailer is supposed to provide an instruction booklet with the watch. If you do not have one, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the watch. If that is not possible, please contact the nearest Seiko Service Center shown on the Seiko world map. In addition, features and operations as well as instruction manuals for some calibers are available below.
Where can I obtain watch catalogs?
Although we manufacture and export Seiko watches, we do not sell directly to individuals anywhere in the world. We therefore have no catalogs for individual use. Instead, the distributors in the various countries produce catalogs for the areas they serve. We recommend you contact the Seiko distributor in your area shown on the Seiko world map.
Where can I obtain warranty for my watch?
The warranty booklet should have been provided with the watch by the retailer. If you do not have one, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the watch. As a warranty booklet cannot be re-issued, please take care not to misplace it during the warranty period.
