SEIKO Sportura Collection is developed for the motor sports fan and SEIKO has been a proud sponsor as ‘Watch Partner’ of the Honda Racing F1 Team, and has supported the team with both fina nce and the timepieces necessary for the team, drivers, technicians and pit crew alike, to time their sport. Honda started a new project to contribute to environment in 2007, and SEIKO has joined the project. |

Jenson Button, the team’s longest-serving driver, is a real enthusiast and it was not long before SEIKO and Jenson made a separate agreement under which SEIKO would supply Jenson with leading edge, customised timepieces of his design and choice. |

And, to assist in the continuing development of new watches that are suitable for the leading edge sailing, SEIKO entered, in 2007, into a partnership with the fastest and most dynamic Olympic class, the 49er Class Association. |

In 1985, the IAAF invited SEIKO to be its timing partner for all its major international athletics championships. SEIKO has provided timing systems and personnel to no less than 10 World Championships, 5 Indoor Championships and many other international class events. At major championships, SEIKO’s team will comprise over 40 skilled and full time engineers. |
